• Lack of schemes. shortage of financial resources
• Shortage of buildings and infrastructure
• No well trained staff
• Presentation of documents, preparing proposal, training & preparation of reports is weaker
• Having no own office or training centre.

Opportunity –

• Forming groups of Children, Youth , women and making them available education and training of health and law.
• Making work on the issues of health of children, women and youth.

• The monopoly of bigger Organizations in the same field can prove harmful.
• The trouble is possible from established wealthy persons.
• Trouble is possible from persons of backwards thoughts and bad tradition due to castism and social inequality.
